Who we are

Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), coaching interest and message. Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify.
- Email list: your email address, used to send the newsletter. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- Booking a consultation: scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email and the answers you give on the booking form. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that information.
- Email and phone: anything you choose to share when you contact Dana directly.
What you share during coaching sessions is not collected through this website.
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics uses cookies to show us how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type and how you arrived, such as from a search or a link. With Google signals turned on, Google may also provide aggregated, anonymous age, gender and interest information about visitors who are signed in to Google and have turned on ad personalization. We only see totals, never information that identifies you.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page views without using cookies.
- Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.
- Embedded services: the Contact page shows a Google Map, the booking calendar loads from Calendly, and the site uses Google Fonts. These services may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when they load.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages and schedule consultations.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for.
- To understand which pages are helpful and improve the site.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't currently run advertising campaigns.
Your choices
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask about your information: email us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
California residents
You may ask what personal information we have collected about you and request that it be deleted. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Send requests to danapeterscoaching@gmail.com.
Children
This website and our coaching services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
