I am here to support you in your journey.


I offer individual, teens, couples, and family coaching for those impacted by major life transitions, life events, as well as feelings of anxiety, depression, and general discontent.  Whether you have a specific concern you are struggling with or you are seeking coaching as a means for further growth and satisfaction, I will partner with you in our sessions to assist you in finding a path forward that enriches your life and brings you a greater sense of clarity and peace.

In addition to the above-mentioned, I have specializations and training in addressing unhealthy coping mechanisms surrounding food, exercise, and body image. I have spent the last decade counseling children, adolescents, and adult women suffering from intrusive thoughts and unwanted behaviors that have become unmanageable. Together we will examine your current patterns and cycles around food that impact your self-esteem and self-worth.

Whether you or someone you love struggles with a preoccupation with food, exercise, or body image, I am here to help... offering an experienced perspective, guidance, resources, and support along the way. 



I have a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and 12 years of experience working as a therapist and coach. I am located in Lafayette, California, but am lucky to be working with clients remotely all over the country. 

I am non-judgmental, compassionate, and holistic in my approaches and solutions. My sessions aim to assist my clients in gaining insight and increasing self-awareness, which in turn allows them to address patterns and behaviors that may be causing distress and overall dissatisfaction in their lives. Through this process, my clients are able to make choices that are more reflective of the lives they want to be living. 

My theoretical orientation is anchored in concepts stemming from positive and humanistic psychology, acceptance, and commitment (ACT), dialectical behavioral (DBT) therapies, and existential philosophy.

Coaching is not a one size fits all process. I will meet you where you are at, respect your decisions regarding how you want to spend time in our sessions and collaborate with you every step of the way.
