What Makes My Approach Different
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and bring nearly 15 years of experience supporting people through complex life transitions. My coaching practice is different from traditional therapy, which is diagnosis-driven. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead of focusing on labels or pathology, we focus on how your life is currently structured and whether it aligns with your authentic self, values, identity, and long-term vision.
Many people I work with are high-functioning but feel stuck, misaligned, or unfulfilled. They aren’t looking for a diagnosis, they’re looking for clarity, direction, and meaningful change.​​
